eInvoicing

Say goodbye to paper invoices forever, eInvoicing is designed to make receiving and managing the invoice process more convenient and efficient. Register for eInvoicing to view and download your weekly TNT invoices.

  • Each week, an email alert is sent to notify you that your weekly invoice is available - the email alert can be sent to an individual or a group
  • Your invoice can be immediately accessed via TNT's website. Simply navigate to TNT's home page, login to TNT Online and access eInvoicing
  • View your invoice online or as a PDF; which can be printed, emailed or faxed
  • Download your invoice as a PDF or CSV file. CSV files can be imported directly into your accounting software or saved into your preferred format, e.g. Microsoft Excel
  • Drill-down options allow you to view consignment note details and proof of delivery (POD) within the eInvoicing environment
  • eInvoicing is supported by a dedicated technical support team

TNT Domestic App

TNT Australia Tracking application offers a simple, streamlined way to conveniently track all of your Domestic TNT shipments anywhere, anytime on your smart phone. 

Application features include:

  • Track as many of your Australian Domestic shipments as you like
  • Access all of your shipment details in one convenient place
  • Get real-time status updates for your shipments including pick up, in transit and delivery
  • Receive push notification updates on your shipments
  • Arrange re-delivery of your parcel if you're not home to accept it
  • Utilise the app without logging in as myTNT account holder

To get started, simply enter your Australian consignment number or scan your consignment QR code.


Re-arrange a delivery


Missed a TNT delivery? You'll find a "Sorry we missed you" card with details of your package. Re-arranging delivery is as easy as choosing a convenient time slot online.
