Late collection
For collections outside our usual hours, on-demand collection service means your goods can start their journey whenever you're ready.
Weekend/Public Holiday Delivery
For weekend service, we can collect on Thursday and deliver on Saturday or collect on Sunday and deliver on Monday.
Remote area service
Nowhere is too far or too difficult to reach. We can deliver and collect in hard-to-reach and remote locations. Check for postcode details.
Resolved Wrong Address
If a destination address provided by the sender is incomplete or incorrect and TNT is subsequently not able to deliver the shipment, TNT will make every reasonable effort to find the correct address and deliver the shipment. An additional charge will be applied per shipment to cover the additional costs.
Non Conveyable
Charge applied to consignments when one or more of the items weigh less than 30 kgs and one or more of the dimensions exceed
1.2m(L)*0.7m(W)*0.6m(H). These are consignments that require separate handling as they cannot be handled on automated conveyor
machinery.
Exceeding Dimensions
Charge applied to consignments when one or more of the items weigh 30kgs or more and one or more of the dimensions exceeds : 27.50 per consignment
- Express - 1.2m (L) * 1.2m (W) * 1.5m (H)
- Economy Express - 2.4m (L) * 1.2m (W) * 1.8m (H)
Priority handling
Choose prioritised handling from collection to delivery and your consignment will be clearly labelled with our priority sticker.
Special Handling Non Stackable
If your shipments require special handling & resources because they cannot be stacked or could cause injury, we will ship them with an additional fee to cover the additional handling costs
All Export rates are subject to
• Sales Tax
• Postal Agency Fees (Up to 35 Kg for Export International Shipments) and (Up to 50 Kg for Domestic Shipments)
Postal License Fee
For all Import consignments up to 35 kg.
Monthly minimum billing charge
Applies to accounts with less than USD 40 monthly trading revenue.
Additional handling
If your shipment exceeds our standard dimensions or can’t be handled on automated conveyor machinery, we’ll manage with additional handling.
Multi-piece handling
If your consignment contains more than one item, we’ll handle them together as one shipment.
Special handling
If your cargo is an unusual size or shape, our team will ensure it’s handled as efficiently and safely as always, including:
- Non-stackable items
- Classified and designated substances per IATA, ADR and other transport regulations
