- on 14 January 2008, it purchased 49,124 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 26.4997 per share,
- on 15 January 2008, it purchased 368,266 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 26.0079 per share,
- on 16 January 2008, it purchased 100,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 24.8684 per share,
- on 17 January 2008, it purchased 17,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 24.8955 per share,
- on 18 January 2008, it purchased 8,454 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 24.8890 per share,
- during the period from 7 January 2008 until and including 18 January 2008, it purchased 1,071,338 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 26.1345 per share, and
- the total amount of the share buyback from 7 January 2008 until and including 18 January 2008 therefore amounts to 28.00% of the euro 100 million tranche.
It is TNT's intention to cancel the repurchased shares.
